Jai commandé la multicam snapback. La boite de livraison est tres belle et ca coche. La casquette est vraiment belle et le brodage est solide. Tres hate de voir les prochains modèles et les prochains items vestimentaire. Le seul hic est pour ceux qui ont des grosses têtes. Je crois quelle serait limite. We understand that plans change! If your order hasn’t shipped, we can cancel it. Once it’s on its way, unfortunately we can’t make changes.
If the item isn’t the right fit, you can still return it for a refund. Please see our return policy below.

If the order has already shipped, we’re unable to make changes, but you may be able to reroute it through the carrier.
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days and shipped out promptly.
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout, but most orders arrive within 5–7 business days.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow it all the way to your door.

Shipping
Yes. We proudly ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times will vary based on your location and the carrier selected at checkout.
If you're ordering internationally, you may be charged import duties, taxes, or customs fees by your country. These are not included in the item or shipping price and are your responsibility to pay.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately.
We can update your address only if the order has not yet shipped.
Once a package is shipped, we are unable to change the address, reroute the order, or issue a refund for packages lost due to an incorrect address. If the package is returned to us by the carrier, we can reship it to the correct address (reshipping fees will apply).
If you refuse to pay duties/taxes and the package is
returned or discarded:
No refund will be issued, including shipping costs.
We are not responsible for loss, delay, or charges resulting from refusal.
Return shipping or handling fees may be deducted from any future store credit (if granted, at our discretion).

If your package is marked "Delivered" but is missing:
- Please contact the shipping carrier immediately to file a claim.
Valor in Style is not responsible for lost/stolen packages after delivery is confirmed.
To avoid theft, you may:
- Request the package be held at the depot for pickup.
- Contact us to add signature on delivery (fees apply).
Returns
To qualify for a return:
- You must contact us within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in new condition, and returned in their original packaging.
- Discounted or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to us right away so we can make it right.

- Order number
- Items you wish to return
- Reason for return
We’ll provide return instructions.
If the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or defective item), we’ll cover the shipping and issue a full refund.
If not, you will:
- Pay for the return shipping
- Only receive a refund for the item (not the shipping)
Returns are processed within 7–10 business days of arrival.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
It may take up to 5 business days for the refund to show on your statement.
We do not currently process direct exchanges.
If you wish to exchange an item, return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
